In a multi-national environment the practice of litigation can be both factually and procedurally complex and demands specialists who are not only experienced in the local laws and procedures but also conversant with practices in outside jurisdictions. Many of our advocates have advanced academic qualifications from the United Kingdom and the United States and, most importantly, all are entitled to appear before U.A.E. Courts.

Additionally, the co-ordination of substantial documentation and the provision of technical expert evidence may be required. Our data gathering and in-house document handling procedures enable all cases to be handled efficiently.
