Biography
Taiba Alsafar is an Emirati lawyer currently practicing with the Litigation department as a Partner.
Taiba Alsafar has over 13 years of legal experience in handling diverse civil, commercial and criminal litigation. She is actively involved in all aspects of litigation and is proficient in many legal domains including criminal cases, civil cases, commercial cases, labour cases, execution matters, property cases, rent committee cases, intellectual property matters, mediations and settlement agreements amongst others.
Taiba Alsafar is responsible for coaching newly qualified Emirati law graduates giving them hands on practical experience. She directly oversees the trainees and the progress of the training course.
Taiba Alsafar is also an accomplished Private Notary and provides notary services to clients in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
