Samer has over 15 years’ litigation and arbitration experience with a particular focus on corporate, commercial, labour, administrative, regulatory, Criminal, and real estate matters.
In 2006, he was admitted by the Jordan Bar Association to practice before the Jordanian Courts and he was admitted to practice before the Court of cassation – the highest court in Jordan.
Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company, Samer used to work as a senior associate in the litigation field in Abu Dhabi handling a various legal matters before the UAE courts, and was the Head of legal studies, contracts, and agreements section in the legal department for the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission in Jordan. He also acted as Legal Director and Legal Counsellor for the Board of Commissioners and has represented clients including the TRC – Jordan before the Jordanian courts and the European Arbitral Tribunal.
Samer holds an LLB and an LLM in Civil Law from the University of Jordan and is a member of the Jordanian Bar Association.
Samer’s long experience and personality has helped him giving his written pleadings before all kinds of Courts.
Samer handles all types of litigation matters such as Labor, Rental, Civil, Commercial, as well as Criminal Cases. As he has proven his dedication in written Pleading in Criminal, Commercial, Civil, and Administration disputes before, the UAE Court.
