Mohamed’s area of expertise encompasses real estate property (freehold), construction, banking and finance disputes. Moreover, he provides legal consultation, prepares memorandum for all stages of the court, and represents the firm’s clients before expert meetings and site visits.
He possesses ample practical experience and is an expert in legal and litigation proceedings before the various courts. He is entrusted by clients with the preparation of pleadings and legal briefs and frequently prepares legal research related to crimes of public funds and procedures for the courts.
- Dubai Islamic bank, A real estate lawsuit filed against the bank by Mr. Omar Ayesh against the bank for the claim of nullification of the sale and purchase of land plots of amount of 57.660.892.11 dirham and the amount of 40.000.000 dirham as a comprehensive compensation for damages suffered by the plaintiff with a benefit of 12%. We succeeded in settling the dispute with the plaintiff for only AED 25,000,000 in exchange for the plaintiff’s waiver of all his claims.
- Al Rostomani, A lawsuit filed against our client to demand the cancellation of the lease contract of the property and oblige our client to pay the amount of 30,816,520 dirham. We have succeeded in defending our client before the Center for the settlement of rental disputes and we were able to obtain a ruling to reject the plaintiff’s claim.
