Karim is an Associate based in our Abu Dhabi office, experienced in handling major local and cross-border banking and corporate commercial transactions. His experience includes advising clients in Egypt and the GCC in a variety of practices. His experience in banking and finance includes all aspects of banking and finance including real estate and development financing, asset finance, Islamic finance, project finance, corporate finance, trade finance, security creation and providing regulatory and day-to-day advice to lenders and borrowers.
- Advised a regional bank in a USD 1 billion Murabaha financing in the GCC.
- Advised a regional bank in a syndicated USD 450 million real estate project finance in the GCC
- Advised a major regional bank in a USD 445 million financing of a stadium project in the GCC.
