On the 20th of April Al Tamimi hosted an informative event to over 150 clients which outlined the latest thinking and options for legal structures for corporate groups and transactions across the Middle East. In particular, the opportunities presented by the opening up of Iran were examined along with revised foreign investment laws in Kuwait, structuring deals and entities across the GCC and the UAE’s onshore vs free zone offerings.
