Our CSR Program, which supports these ambitions, is structured around four CSR pillars: Clients & Markets, Place to Work, Local Community and Environment. These are described in more detail below:
Clients & Markets
As the largest law firm in the Middle East, we recognise that we have an important role to play in supporting the broader development of the markets in which we operate.
Place to Work
Many of our employee initiatives are developed internally by Al Tamimi staff and reaffirm our commitment to ensuring that Al Tamimi remains a stimulating, well-balanced, supportive and fulfilling place to work.
Through our Charity and Pro Bono Committees, we focus on supporting projects that directly benefit our communities, primarily in the areas of Education, Healthcare, Social Welfare and Humanitarian Support.
We believe that it is our responsibility to protect the environment through the sustainable use and disposal of scarce resources and seek to do so by managing our supply chain and our consumption of resources.
We set ambitious and measurable targets in each area of our CSR strategy and report on our progress in our annual CSR Report.
