David Yates, Head of Commercial IP and Technology, and his team have collaborated with business parks Dubai Internet City and Dubai Outsource Zone to produce the firsedition of a newsletter “ICT in the UAE”. The first edition, issued in two parts, covered the following topics: “IT Outsourcing Governance”; “Best Practice: Latest Issues in Outsourcing Contracts”; “Online Promotional Campaigns: Pitfalls and Permits” and “Cyber Crimes in the UAE”. The business parks issued a media release to promote the publication, posted the publication on their websites and are distributing copies to media outlets and business park partners.
