Amr is dual qualified, having been admitted before the French Bar and the Egyptian Bar Associations. Throughout his international career spanning Paris, London and Egypt, Amr gained extensive experience in advising high profile clients across various criminal fields involving Public International Law and Human Rights Law. He has represented clients in matters related to white collar crimes, requests of mutual assistance, extradition, misappropriation of public funds, money laundering and freezing orders. Additionally, Amr regularly advises clients in cross-borders corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, company incorporations in Europe, Africa and MENA, and has advised clients in matters related to Islamic banking and competition law. Amr is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
