Our multi-disciplinary practice spans the Power & Transmission, Water & Waste, Oil & Gas and Rail & Transport sectors and covers projects implemented on both a traditional procurement and on a Public Private Partnership (PPP) basis.

Public Private Partnership With our extensive experience of doing business across the MENA region, we are well-placed to assist in the structuring of Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects. We are experts in preparing project documents, from concession agreements (if acting for governments) to construction, operation & maintenance, financing and joint venture agreements (if acting for the private sector), as well as in advising on the insurance, property and regulatory requirements of projects.

Our lawyers have acted on a wide range of PPP projects, both within the Middle East and outside of the region, which has provided our team with an excellent understanding of best practices in PPP, both from a local and international perspective. We have also developed strong relationships with government officials, key regulators and ministries across the region, which ensures that our lawyers are fully aware of new developments in legislation as they arise, as well as their practical implications.

Power & Transmission The Middle East's social and economic structure has undergone a transformation in recent years and continues to evolve.
