Zafer Sheikh Oghli is a Syrian national. Practiced as an attorney in the courts of Damascus in the First Instant, Appeal and Cassation Courts. From 1996 until 2005 he practiced as a legal consultant in a Law Firm In the Sharjah and Dubai, handling and drafting various memoranda, legal advises and contracts in Commercial, Banking, Marine, Arbitration, Insurance, Labor, Criminal and Personal Status issues. He represented corporate and individual clients before arbitrators and government authorities in the UAE and at the Rent Committee in Dubai. He joins the firm's Litigation Department in February 2005 as senior litigator and he is handling and supervise most of the cases and advices at Dubai and Northern Emirates of UAE.
