Nicholas is a partner at Al Tamimi & Company, head of the Saudi Arabia office and a member of the Banking & Finance Department. He has 26 years experience as a solicitor in Australia, Papua New Guinea and Oman. During that time, he has practised in banking and finance, infrastructure and securitisation.
Nicholas has advised clients in respect of all forms of infrastructure, corporate and project finance, including Public Private Partnerships (PPP), mining, oil & gas, rail, roads, desalination plants, power stations, aircraft, ports, large scale property developments, schools and hospitals. In securitisation, he has documented and advised on the securitisation of various assets both traditionally and synthetically including mortgages, lease and hire purchase receivables, consumer loans and insurance policies.
