Lisa Dale heads the firm´s Property Department. Upon qualifying as a Solicitor in 1993 she spent seven years in partnership in England practising property and commercial law. Lisa joined Al Tamimi & Company in 2001. She advises government bodies, developers and investors upon land and property ownership issues in the UAE including freehold transactions, strata and mixed use developments, long term leasing, musataha and land development schemes, short-term tenancies and legislative and regulatory issues.

Lisa has been nominated as one of the best practitioners in "Who's Who Legal: 2008 - UAE" in the category of Real Estate.
