Hassan Arab is a UAE national. He began his career with Al Tamimi & Company in early 1997, and has diligently developed his experience as well as the Dispute Resolution practice of the firm.
His areas of practice are litigation with particular expertise in disputes related to banking and intellectual property rights. He has obtained many legal certificates since his graduation. Mr. Arab’s articles have been published extensively in the local press on matters related to Commercial and Corporate law and Arbitration.
He is also been appointed as the Chair of the Arab Regional Forum for the International Bar Association.
Hassan has been nominated as one of the best practitioners in "Who's Who Legal: 2008 - UAE" in the category of Commercial Litigation and is commended as "a real winner" in dispute resolution practice by the Chambers Global 2009.
